  I have never been to such an unprofessional place. it was my second time there and I saw Dr Emily Boyd, she walks in and clearly see's me in a gown and asks, "ok, so what am I supposed to be looking at?" really? she explained to me that I had a UTI after the visit. this was Monday the 16th of April, today is now Thursday, and I still don't have a prescription. and when you call, your put on hold for the nurse to call back to only say sorry, she's not in office today. not only was the provider rude, she has no bedside manner and doesn't take care of her patients.

  I have been coming here for the last 5mths and every new experience is even worse than the last. The wait is horrible. There is no connection from doctor to patient. Urine cups pile inside the bathroom every visit. I haven't had a measurement of my baby since I've been here. My big ultrasound took less than five minutes and I only got a couple of pictures of my baby's head and a few quick seconds to hear his heartbeat. I was told it was a freebie meaning they were doing this to be kind though they were getting paid for the doctors visit along with the ultrasound itself. Some of the nurses show that they don't care. I've only seen one nurse more than once since I've been here. This has to be one of the worst facilities I have ever been to in my life. I don't understand with the constant bad reviews how they could still be a functioning facility. They're just preying on us women to make more money. It's horrible...
